Our Story
Red Dragon is designed by a consumer litigator, Ben Sheridan, who was tired of "losing" good cases to forced arbitration. If arbitration is going to be all consumers and employees have to vindicate their rights, so be it, but arbitration should no longer be a shield for bad conduct by unscrupulous companies.
